will perform Franz Schubert's Mass in G.
Schubert wrote this setting of the mass ordinary in 1814 for his home parish in Lichtental, now Vienna's 9th District. The composer was only 17 years old. From 1808 to 1813, Schubert was a choirboy with the Chapel Imperial.
